Please read these terms and conditions carefully before transacting as they specify the terms under which we agree to sell products to you. We are not experts in anything presented on this site. We do not have any formal qualifications to give medical advice and only claim to have limited experience about any subjects discussed on this site. The subjects discussed on this site have some factual basis as the information has been researched and gathered from numerous written, verbal, electronic sources and our own opinions. General

  1. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms, you must not use this website for any purpose.
  2. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but, we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation
  3. All goods on this site are sold as novelty items - it is totally up to you how you choose to use them. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Age Requirement and Content Warning

  1. This website is strictly for over 18s only. If you are under 18 you may not use this site or buy goods or services from us.
  2. This website contains content of a sexual nature. While we try and keep things as tasteful as possible, some users may find the material offensive. We accept no liability for offence caused. We accept no liability for any site not owned by us which may act as a portal to this website or is connected by a link. We accept no liability for any site not owned by us which we may link to.

Offer and acceptance

  1. A binding contract is formed between you and edenscloset when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means that your order has been despatched. Please note that regardless of the name of the website you bought products on, the contract is between you and edenscloset

Prices

  1. The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and includes Value Added Tax for UK residents. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility.
  2. We check the website daily to ensure that our pricing is correct. In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.
  3. Our prices are set in pounds sterling, but if you are buying from overseas you may be charged in local currency.

Delivery

  1. All orders will be despatched within one working day of the order being received. If items are out of stock we will contact you and advise you of the proposed dispatch date.
  2. A charge of £2.99 is added to each order placed for packaging and posting.
  3. If your order weighs under 750g then it will be sent by second class recorded delivery. If your parcel weighs more than 750g then it will be sent by parcel post. The Post Office aim to deliver these parcels within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.
  4. We may charge extra for delivering goods overseas based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.
  5. All orders will be despatched in plain discreet packaging. We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy any time

Returns / Cancellation of orders under UK law (UK customers only)

  1. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:
  • A. All goods come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. If for any reason at all you are not happy with what you've bought simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. Please note that postage and packaging costs are non refundable. HOWEVER,
    • i. The product(s) must be unused. We simply will not accept returned products that are soiled - think about hygiene. The product(s) must be in its original condition and in the box or packaging in which it arrived We must receive the product within 14 days from order being completed.
    • ii. We do not refund postage and packaging.
    • iii. Returned products that are not defective will be subject to a £2.95 handling fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
    • iv. You must also return all free products given to you by us at the time of purchase, or we will deduct the cost of those products (RRP) from your refund.
    • v. Personalised goods or made to order goods are excluded.
  • B. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
  • C. We do not store your credit card details To cancel you should email customerservice@edens closet.com, clearly marking the subject box "RETURNS" within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods.

Data Protection

  1. 1. Eden's Closet holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
  2. Your credit card details are not held by Eden's Closet and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed.

Unlawful Provision

  1. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
  2. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
